If you are getting behind on your bill, don't be afraid to call us at 924-3311. Various sources of energy assistance are available and the utility frequently sets up flexible payment arrangements to help customers catch up on past due bills. Low-income customers might be eligible for financial assistance from the State Energy Assistance Program (EAP).

Helping Customers in Need
This past year Citizens Gas facilitated distribution of about $8.7 million in financial assistance to low-income customers. The utility's financial commitment included more than $2 million in assistance through its Universal Service Program and more than $300,000 for grants and weatherization assistance through its Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation.
