Getting Connected

Whether you are a new customer to Citizens Gas or just transferring service to a new location, select the link below to request service. 

Turn On/Off Service (within Marion County)

Electronic orders are processed weekdays within 24 hours and confirmations are issued via email.  If you prefer to speak with a customer service associate, call our customer service center at (317) 924-3311 or (800) GAS-4217 for assistance.

Customer Service Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon.

If you are unsure about the availability of natural gas in your new neighborhood, or if you are building a new home or your existing home does not have gas lines installed, call the Citizens Gas Business to Business call center  at (317) 927-4328 and select option #4, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
